1. How review works
Photos, video frames and audio transcripts are screened in the background. Severity 6 harm is removed. Severity 4 and eating-disorder signals go to a human queue. Off-topic posts can be limited to the author.
2. Statement of reasons
If we restrict visibility we tell you why in your language and how to appeal. Templates exist in Swedish, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.
3. Appeals
You can appeal a restriction from the post. A human reviews the appeal.
4. Reports
Anyone can report a post. Two distinct reporters quarantine it. Unauthenticated reports (including a photo of a child) go to trust@gastrona.app or POST /moderation/report.
5. Retention and transcription
Removed media is quarantined, not destroyed, for 6 months (12 months if illegal; TCO minimum 6 months). Access is purpose-limited and audited. Legal bases include GDPR Art. 6 and Art. 17(3)(e). Video captions are generated to screen speech and are included in account export and deletion.
6. Terrorist content and Swedish law
