2. Gastrona’s own content
The Gastrona apps, website, software, design, branding, curated catalogs, pairing logic, recommendations and other materials we create or license are owned by Gastrona Group AB or our licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in our Terms of Use, no rights are granted. You may not copy, scrape at abusive scale, redistribute or commercially exploit Gastrona content without our prior written permission, except where mandatory law allows.
3. Content you create
If you upload or submit content (including activities, photos, video, captions, comments, messages and profile information), you keep ownership where applicable, and you grant Gastrona the license described in our Terms of Use so we can operate, moderate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to share that content and that it does not infringe others’ rights. See also gastrona.app/community-guidelines and gastrona.app/content-moderation.
4. Discovery, recommendations and AI
Gastrona is a gastronomy hub: users search, scan, browse and log meals, drinks and related experiences. We use software and AI to help find, classify, summarize, enrich and present information in response to how you use the Service. AI and automated tools can be imperfect; outputs are for information and inspiration only and are not professional advice. Where helpful, we may show links or references so you can visit third-party sites yourself.
5. Third-party names, marks and links
Product names, producer names, retailer names, trademarks and logos of others may appear for identification, navigation or convenience (for example a link to learn more or to check availability). Their appearance does not mean Gastrona is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or a substitute for any third party. Third-party sites have their own terms and policies. Gastrona does not sell alcohol and does not process alcohol purchases.
6. Accuracy and availability
Catalog details, availability, prices, recipes, menus and similar information can change. We aim to keep information useful, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Prefer primary sources (producers, retailers, restaurants and publishers) for binding information.
7. Respect for intellectual property
We respect intellectual property rights. We design the Service to provide an original gastronomy experience — recommendations, tools and community features — not to replace third-party websites or retail channels. If you believe content on Gastrona infringes your rights, please contact us using the notice process below. We review good-faith notices and may remove, replace or limit access to material where appropriate.
8. Copyright and IP notices
Send intellectual property notices to legal@gastrona.app (and trust@gastrona.app for Trust & Safety reports). Please include:
- Your name and contact email
- A description of the work you claim rights in
- The location in Gastrona (URL, screen, wine/dish/restaurant name or other clear identifier)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rightsholder or authorized to act
We may ask for additional information to process your request. Misrepresenting infringement may have legal consequences.
